- An upfront fee of £150 is payable when you apply for a mortgage. For conforming mortgages there will also be an additional fee of up to 1% of the advance, subject to a minimum fee of £995, payable on completion of the mortgage. On a mortgage of £100,000 the fee would be £1,000. A typical fee would be £1300. For non-conforming mortgages there will be an additional fee of up to 1.5% of the loan, subject to a minimum fee of £1495, payable on completion of the mortgage. On a mortgage of £100,000 the fee would be £1,500. A typical fee would be £1950.
